Capillary Rheometer

This machine is suitable for measuring the shear rate of plastics and polymer materials, as well as the fluidity of the melt under the certain temperature conditions and also under the shear stress, including the apparent viscosity of thermoplastic materials.

1.Feature

1. The computer measurement and control intelligent capillary rheometer can work under constant pressure, constant speed, constant temperature, different heating rates, different temperatures, different shear rates, etc. It can automatically measure the pressure, temperature, speed and other parameters of plastics in different mold environments through software. Automatically draw curves and save and print data.
2. Different specifications of models can be customized according to user requirements (low temperature, high temperature, different pressures, different rod diameters, etc.)
3. High data collection frequency (more than 100PPS), accurately recording the transformation points of materials in different states, without missing key material state transformation points; Accurately calculate the apparent viscosity at different shear rates

1. Constant speed shear test: measure shear stress and shear rate curves, shear viscosity and shear rate curves
2. Constant pressure shear test: measure the shear viscosity and shear rate curve
3. Step shear rate test: Different shear rates can be set according to user requirements, and shear stress and shear rate curves, shear viscosity and shear rate curves can be measured. During the experiment, the fracture of the melt and the minimum flow pressure and shear rate of the melt can be determined based on the changes in the curves
4. Flow/non flow testing: measuring the relationship between viscosity and temperature, accurately determining the minimum flow velocity
