This lab two roll mill can be applied to the mixing and scattering of engineering plastic raw materials, color masterbatch material and other polymers.

The double roll mirror surfaces of lab two roll mill machine are plated by chrome. It adopts special mold for electric heating to make the temperature of roller surface uniform. Roller space can reconcile three-dimensional security devices, safe and reliable, advanced and practical.

Features

1. The temperature of electric type can be up to300ºC, of oil type can be up to250ºC, meeting the requirements of plasticating for most sizing materials.
2. The machine is equipped with PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface system, all the parameters can be set arbitrary and control. The heat mould tube distributed on the density basis after special designing and precise heat transfer path inside the roller can ensure the uniformity of the temperature of the surface.
3. Precision lead screw is adopted to adjust roller space which is lightweight and easy to use. The accurate scale indication and the lock device will ensure the thickness of the gracked glaze.
4. Rollers are made of SKD chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of carburization, chromium plating and polishing, the hardness reaches 60HRC, making the plates durable and easy to clean.
5. It imports gear reducer motor and ground chain with stable drive and low operation noise. Stepless frequency conversion, single speed governing or double speed governing control can be selected. The rotation speed of the rollers can be adjusted at will with the speed range of 0-35rpm.
6. This equipment is equipped with three-dimensional security devices with high operation security. Emergency stop rod is set on the top of the roller. Once it was touched, the rotating roller will be stopped immediately. Reversal stop device is set in front of the machine. Touch reversal doors with knees, the roller will stop after reversal turning 1/3.
7. All electrical control components adopt imported brand appliances. The circuit control is allocated in accordance with CE or higher standards with stable product performance, reliable and durable.
